Return Policy
Options Plus Medical Return Policy is:
· All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase to obtain credit, refund, or to exchange product
· Items must be in original packaging, unopened, and in good condition in order to be replaced, exchanged or refunded.
· No return of personal hygiene products, opened packages of incontinence products, mastectomy products, or worn or soiled clothing or reusable merchandise.
· Damaged, defective, or items shipped in error will be exchanged or credited and return shipping costs will be reimbursed
· The customer is responsible for shipping costs to send item back (unless damaged).
· A call or email must be made within 14 days of purchase to obtain authorized return number.
· No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
· Refund or credit upon meeting "return criteria".
· Credits will be issued (as originally paid) within 14 days after receiving product back.
· If rental equipment is return unclean an additional surcharge of $6.00 will be added.
